On the day your item is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout with tracking information. Tracking numbers are usually live within 24 hours of issuance.

Katie Kismet offers free shipping on all jewelry items. This free shipping option is for contiguous United States residents only and is sent via USPS First Class Mail. This shipping option does not include insurance but does include a tracking number.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll contact you via email or telephone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packaging rates are calculated based on weight and country. Katie Kismet is not responsible for any customs, taxes or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the receiver.

LOST PACKAGES AND DAMAGES
Katie Kismet is not responsible for packages once they have left the shop. If your package is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact your local postal provider. The exception: If you chose an insured shipping option, we will do our best to help you file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us before filing a claim.
