  • Katie Kismet ships most items within 1-3 business days. Some items are made to order and ship in 3-5 business days. 
  • I offer free shipping on jewelry items for U.S. residents. Free shipping is sent via USPS First Class Mail, usually takes 3-5 business days, and includes a tracking number.
  • International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and country. Duties, taxes, customs and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Details
I ship most Katie Kismet items within 1-3 business days. Some items are made to order and ship in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

On the day your item is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout with tracking information. Tracking numbers are usually live within 24 hours of issuance.

Katie Kismet offers free shipping on all jewelry items. This free shipping option is for contiguous United States residents only and is sent via USPS First Class Mail. This shipping option does not include insurance but does include a tracking number.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I'll contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping
International packaging rates are calculated based on weight and country. Katie Kismet is not responsible for any customs, taxes or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the receiver.

Lost Packages and Damages
Lost or damaged packages are a real bummer! Unfortunately, Katie Kismet is not responsible for packages once they have left the shop. If your package is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact your local postal provider.

However, if you have chosen an insured shipping option, I will do my best to help you file a claim. I can only help with claims on damaged or lost items when you have chosen an "insured" shipping option. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact me before filing a claim.
